This is not working for me.  The domain is being blocked, but subdomains remain unblocked.

As a test, I used one of my own sites.  I put in 'mogstad.org'. Mogstad.org is then blocked, but lexi.mogstad.org is not blocked.

Based on your settings zondebok, lexi.mogstad.org would be blocked; however, your local DNS or browser cache is still serving the old entry. After clearing your cache, you should start to see it blocked.

I have flushed my DNS cache, tried in a different browser, tried in private/incognito mode, and it still wasn't blocked.

In such a case where you are not seeing blacklist entries apply as intended, this requires some more personalized troubleshooting. To seek a resolution, create a new forum post or submit a support request from support.opendns.com and we'd be happy to help! Since each case will be individualized, an individual case is needed to answer each question. In your case zondebok, please check your email for details.

When contacting support, include the results of a diagnostic test, and include the domain that is not blocking/unblocking properly.

The URL should start with http://opendnsupdate.appspot.com/d/######.
