Overview: Introduction to customizing block page
OpenDNS allows customization of the pages to which network end-users are directed when they try to access a website that has been blocked due to Web filtering or Security Settings.
Some customization options apply to all OpenDNS services, other options only apply to OpenDNS VIP or OpenDNS Enterprise, as noted.

Setting your Logo, Message, and the User Feedback Email
OpenDNS Administrators can customize the messages and logos of the OpenDNS Guide and Block pages for each network registered in their OpenDNS account. When end-users of these OpenDNS networks encounter these pages, the images and messages help explain who is responsible for the page, the reason for reaching the page, and what actions the end-user might take next.
Customize OpenDNS Page Logos
OpenDNS Administrators may upload any image for the Guide and Block pages on a per network basis. The image specified replaces the OpenDNS logo that is displayed by default.
To specify a new message, log in to the OpenDNS Dashboard and under Settings for: select the network to be customized.
Click on the Customization link.
Upload the new image and adjust it to fit the logo size. Select and Apply to use this new image as your logo.
Customize OpenDNS Page Messages
OpenDNS Administrators may change the messages that appear in the Block Page and Phishing Block Page. When these pages appear, the message specified will inform end-users why they are seeing this page and what actions they might take next.
To specify a new message, log in to the OpenDNS Dashboard and under Settings for: select the network to be customized.
Click on the Customization link and scroll to the appropriate message section.
Set User Email Feedback
OpenDNS Administrators can also determine whether end-users have the option to send feedback and ask questions through email. To enable end-users to contact OpenDNS Administrators, or another support contact, select the User Feedback option found on the Customization page.
The Support Contact can be edited in the My Account tab under Email Settings :
