Due to restrictions imposed by most Satellite Internet providers, users of Satellite Internet connections will most likely be unable to use OpenDNS. If once you're configured for OpenDNS you do not see a check mark at http://welcome.opendns.com, you're likely not be able to use OpenDNS.
To confirm this, run our diagnostic test tool and submit the result to us in a support request from http://support.opendns.com. To run the test, please download it from the appropriate link below, open the tool, and click Run Test.
