Below is the configuration for TP-Link TD-W8951ND, but may apply to other TP-Link devices.
1. Login at http://192.168.1.1/
2. Go to Interface Setup, then choose LAN
3. Select the following settings:
DNS Relay: Use User Discovered DNS Server Only
Primary DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
4. At this point, we recommend that you flush your DNS resolver cache and web browser caches to ensure that your new DNS configuration settings take immediate effect.
