How do I change my OpenDNS account password?

Introduction

If you want to reset your OpenDNS account password or have forgotten the password  for your OpenDNS account. The steps below will walk you through resetting the password.

Solution

If you already know your existing password and can successfully log into your account at http://dashboard.opendns.com, you may follow these steps:

1. Select the My Account tab
2. Select Change password on the menu on the left

If you do not know your password or cannot log into your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to http://dashboard.opendns.com/signin
2. Select the Forgot your password? link
3. Enter the email address associated with your OpenDNS account
4. A link with instructions to change your password will be sent to your email address
