  Meaning I want to block two teenage boys from Wifi, Internet, & Lte from their so they can't have any internet on their phones at all, that includes No Youtube either.

  Then you need a solution other than OpenDNS for that. OpenDNS only works with DNS, but it cannot control the actual internet connection. I suggest checking with a forum that supports that mobile operating system on the phones.

  Search on Google. This is not the right place to get that kind of support since OpenDNS does not do that.

  Like I've said several times, this is not the place to get that kind of support since that is not what OpenDNS does. You need to look elsewhere. Start with Google if that is the only thing you can think of.

  I'm baffled, as the answer is so easy: you take the devices away from your kids.  What else?  I'm really surprised that you didn't have the idea.  No other service in the world (e.g. OpenDNS) would be able to do this.
