Please elaborate on what you mean by this, and since you have posted it in the idea bank what idea it is that you are proposing.
Then you need a solution other than OpenDNS for that. OpenDNS only works with DNS, but it cannot control the actual internet connection. I suggest checking with a forum that supports that mobile operating system on the phones.
Try searching on google. I don't even know what types of phones they are so I can't be more specific than that.
Search on Google. This is not the right place to get that kind of support since OpenDNS does not do that.
Like I've said several times, this is not the place to get that kind of support since that is not what OpenDNS does. You need to look elsewhere. Start with Google if that is the only thing you can think of.

I'm baffled, as the answer is so easy: you take the devices away from your kids. What else? I'm really surprised that you didn't have the idea. No other service in the world (e.g. OpenDNS) would be able to do this.
