i can not seem to get the DNS changes to save on my Router a LinksysWRT 1900ACS does anyone have any advice or run into this issue?

  Do you get any error messages when you try to change the DNS settings?

  Aside from making sure you have the lastest firmware on the router you'll probably need to check with Linksys tech support to see why their product isn't letting you update the DNS addresses

  Router Settings > Connectivity > Local Network

  Fill Static DNS 1 - 3 with 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.220.222

  Click "Apply", then "Ok".
