Best Practices for no server office to set-up OpenDNS

This has nothing to do with being a large or small office, or even something at home. This is purely a function of the limitations that your ISP placed upon their router. There are several potential ways around this, including getting a different router that you can actually configure, or configuring the OpenDNS addresses directly on the devices in your network, though there are several potential drawbacks to that.

Note however, that if you are doing this for an office you cannot do it with the free version, which is for Home use only. If you want to use OpenDNS in a business for filtering you will need to get one of the paid subscriptions.
