"Flag for Review" - Improvement

Having used the Flag for Review feature on domains that have approved categories (which may be misclassified), I think it will be possible to introduce a much more functional improvement.

If a box is placed next to the category (s) approved for a visa, which upon activation immediately registers the category in the request for revision for that Domain, then providing the fields for comments and "URLs" for users (even a new window can be used), I think it will be extremely useful for everyone.

The previous method may even remain, but it should be specialized for reviewing the Domain as a whole, when someone understands that there are reasons for a global review.

Can you provide examples or be more descriptive?

Also, what advantages would come with this "much more functional improvement"?
