    Hello,

Have you tried changing the password of your account to see if that would make it so that you could log in?

Alternatively as rotbliz mentioned have you tried uninstalling the Dynamic IP updater and then reinstalling it?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Regards,

Ensure that your password does not contain special characters reserved for URL encoding/escaping.  Best is to use only letters, numbers, dash, dot and underbar.

It has an underscore but that's it. No other special chars. Shouldn't be a problem, right?

This should work.  It could also be a problem with your e-mail address (as username) having special characters.  Also, ensure that you have "Send Dns-O-Matic updates" disabled unless you really want to use DNS-O-Matic.

Can you post a screen shot of where the error occurs?

If all of this doesn't help, uninstall this Updater and use Marc's Updater instead.

I followed the rotblitz tip and remove the '&' character from OpenDNS password account and now is working well. Thank you.

This is an embarrassment to OpenDNS's engineering team. Come on folks why can't we use difficult passwords or passphrases with your updater?  Don't release a tool that encourages poor security practices while representing yourselves as state-of-the-art network and security professionals.

Why can't you use difficult and complex passwords/passphrases with this updater?  I can!

Can you use them with another updater?  Which one?  Can you give an example password/passphrase?

I also had this problem and was able to fix it by removing '&' from my password.

I can't use a password without a special character. I have also tried changing my password to one that uses the recommended special characters in the dashboard settings page

I'm having this issue too, can someone give me a sample password that would work?
