A few days ago my sons iPhone and laptop were not able to log onto certain sites and apps. When I checked the network map on the Netgear Genie it says that these 2 devices are on Bypass login under Parental Controls. I do not have a bypass account. When I try to change the filter it states that I must first log out of the bypass account on the device. Again, there is not bypass account.
I've tried to delete the app and reinstall it, still the same. I've tried to factory reset the router, still the same. I'm at a loss... please help.
