Rolled back my Netgear firmware to V1.0.1.18_1.0.15.

Could immediately log on to OpenDNS within the Netgear Genie.  This obvious bug needs to be fixed.

If you think there is a bug in the Netgear firmware or Genie software then report it to Netgear. There is nothing that we can do for you about it in an OpenDNS user's forum.

Just a comment on your nslookup output:

You didn't have LPC enabled at this time, but apparently used OpenDNS Home, because your IP address 76.127.117.58 was registered with OpenDNS network ID 68594992, as you say yourself: "Network is registered in OpenDNS".  I cannot see if this is your network, but you can check it at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

If you want to use LPC, you must delete any network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ because OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC are incompatible.  You can use either the one or the other.  Your LPC dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/
And do not run an Updater!

"Attempts to log on to OpenDNS result in a "There was an error signing in, please make sure you're connected to the Internet and try again.""

Where exactly is this where you "attempt to log on to OpenDNS"?  You said that you were able to login at both dashboards, so it must be something else where you tried to login.

"Filterting works just fine across all devices"

Great!  What more do you want?  If it's about any Netgear software, refer to Netgear support, as mattwilson9090 said.  OpenDNS works, so no reason to post here.
