Open DNS doesnt block the type of websites on my phone which i have selected in the customs?It works great on PC?I

I have DLink 2750B router and i have configured it according to Open DNS settings i.e about adding their DNS . I use Open DNS Home.Please tell me what to do and explain me why it is not working?
