Whitelisting www.schooltube.com not working
I am whitelisting www.schooltube.com through Netgear LPC but it is still getting blocked since it falls under "video sharing". Yes, I do want to block video sharing sites (like youtube) but I need to whitelist www.schooltube.com for my kids. I checked other post and I am not using OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC at the same time. I am providing the following below so I can some assistance and yes I have flushed the cache several times.
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com
1.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa
primary name server = localhost
responsible mail addr = nobody.invalid
serial = 1
refresh = 600 (10 mins)
retry = 1200 (20 mins)
expire = 604800 (7 days)
default TTL = 10800 (3 hours)
Server: UnKnown

Your output shows that your IP address 8.25.30.243 is registered with OpenDNS network ID 66360702, probably another OpenDNS user's network. So you're using Netgear LPC and OpenDNS Home at the same time.
Ensure that there is no network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
If it is not this, try to obtain another IP address from your ISP while disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. If this does not help, you must raise a support ticket with OpenDNS to get your IP address released from registration. -
I just checked https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
and there is no network, in fact it is asking me to add my network. I was able to release my ip address but still getting the same results. I will submitting a support ticket
