how toblock mobile Apps

I wanted to block youtube.com from PC as well as mobile app in smart phone. but for web filtering only PC youtube.com is blocked still I can use youtube mobile App. So how can I block mobile apps from open DNS.

  This is simple.  You search for other posts of this kind and follow the instructions.  What else?
