tubetube.org not blocked/ Block doesn't work

to my surprise tubetube.org can't be blocked. It is blacklisted, but still opens.

 

to make it worse many other porn sites seem to get routed through the tubetube server and open in a sub directory.

 

How to change that?

  Are you even using OpenDNS? What happens when you visit http://welcome.opendns.com ?
