Parental control filtering not working.

Hi,

I spent 45mins on the phone last week to BILLION customer service and they took me through a lengthy process of setting up, and configuring OpenDNS to my router. This worked for a few days and gambling, dating, pornography etc was blocked. Fantastic. At the beginning of the week I double checked and now everything is getting through. AGHHHH.  I spent 30mins, again, to Billion customer service and catered everything for OpenDNS to work. Sadly it has not worked and the very helpful guy could not understand why it is not working and that I should contact OpenDNS. I did this on Monday evening GMT time and have not heard anything back yet. Can anyone help?

  How did you "contact OpenDNS"?

  If you want (limited) help from other users, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command to here:

  nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
