OpendDNS is blocking domains even if disabled

I use Netgear OpenDNS on my home commection. I've disabled control on a specific PC and everything worked flawlessy until toady. Now, all of a sudden, domains are blocked even on this PC and even if i add that domain on the "Always allow" list it is blocked. What happen? How can i completely disable this? I've rebooted pc, router, clear cache etc. nothing changed.

  This is not what you can do.  If you disable or enable LPC, it takes effect on the router and is effective for your whole network therefore.  Rebooting the PC is of no use, because LPC is active on the router.

  If this still does not help, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command to here:

  nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
