    If yes and it still does not work, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

    Can You Please Tell Me that, How I can apply Parental Control. Because I have also set the time in time zone. And I have Also Set the Timings for Parental Control. As You can see in the image that, There is to Times, One is All Other Times (Default) and second is made by me. But I want to make that time default which i made.

    Please Tell Me that, Why I am not Able to Click on the Lan and Wan Button, which is given below in image. Please Tell Me Method, From Which I can give Limited Access not Internet Access. I only need Limited Access to my users, from which they can't use internet such as google, facebook, amazon etc.

    Regarding the first image from https://netgear.opendns.com/ 
    Do I understand right that you want to set up a time block for the default settings?
    Well, then do it by adding a time block or more time blocks.

    Regarding your second image from Genie:
    These settings are unrelated to LPC and OpenDNS and are a pure router thing.  You'll want to refer to Netgear:
