Netgear R6400 Live Parental Controls

I have an R6400 that I had previously enabled live parental controls.  After enabling the parental controls, I'm certain that I deleted my opendns account.  Now, when I try to sign in with a new OpenDNS account, it just keeps taking me back to the login screen.  I never get an error message. Same thing happens if I use the iOS geenie app.  I need to disable parental controls.
