How can I unblock domain name in OpenDNS?

3 years ago we bought a domain, which was previously pornography. Our new site does not contain porn, but it is blocked in OpenDNS. Please help.

As I said in the other thread, you must open a support ticket (see link "Submit a request" on top of this page). Do not just open another forum thread. This does not help.
