It looks like you using OpenDNS randomly only.  There can be several reasons.

Copy & paste the complete plain text outputs of the following diagnostic commands to here.

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    netsh interface ipv4 show config

Btw, OpenDNS Home is licensed for home use only, not for businesses.

This doesn't look like plain text.  :(

Regardless, as clearly can be seen, beside OpenDNS you have another DNS service configured (41.128.225.225 and 41.128.225.226).  If you remove this from your configuration, then your problem with randomly using OpenDNS will be resolved.

Hint: The DNS configuration on your computer is populated by the router through DHCP.  So you'll want to look at your router first to get this corrected.

I've called LINK.NET (our ISP) they told me that

    41.128.225.225

    41.128.225.226

are the DNSs related to our static IP: 197.163.93.75 and can not be deleted

    Please advice

    Thanks

In case you cannot overwrite or delete these ISP DNS server addresses from your router, you need to configure OpenDNS on your end user devices, not using DHCP.
