We have a situation where our domain doesn't appear on any blacklist at opendns or otherwise. But according to our clients that cant email us ( emails vanish) the only common trait is they use opendns. We confirmed this with one smaller client and they were able to whitelist us. Ive reached out with support tickets to opendns and they havnt bothered to respond. Some larger corporations like amex and intuits emails have also vanished. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved. It feels like obviously its an internal error since when I check out site it says it is not blacklisted however a nslookup at the clients says otherwise.
