    If you want help from us other users, you would have to post more information, at least your e-mail address domain name and the OpenDNS service they are using, ideally also the nslookup output from the people trying to send e-mail to you, and the exact mailer return message they are seeing.

    No problem I can understand that let me provide more information. ..

    When an Opendns Enterprise customer attempts to email us @earneynet.com all traffic is being redirected to 146.112.61.10

    instead of 165.166.195.115

    When you do a check on the status with OpenDNS for our domain it comes back clean as in no reported issues. However that doesn't explain the incorrect IP address.

    Support tickets have gone unanswered.

    The Umbrella customer has a specific Security Integration enabled, and this returns 146.112.61.110.

    Ask this Umbrella customer to adjust their settings.
