"Unsupported Router" with parental controls
Throwing another log on this fire. I have a Nighthawk AC3200 and Netgear Genie (A wonderful program that dies a lot) says "It looks like you might not be connecting to the internet through a supported NETGEAR (emphasis theirs) router. Please say with an Irish accent, Hello this is NETGEAR, have you tried turning it off and on again?"
Needless to say, the router *is* supported and OpenDNS *does* work with it (sorta) and it's worked for me before.
I have little hope for a true solution, just adding my distaste for this feature that truly works just fine when it *is* working.

Looks like an OpenDns issue to me - if it weren't they wouldn't have posted this. They say it's fixed but I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it says "You don't appear to be connected to the internet" and sometimes it says "You're not connected through a supported router".
I wouldn't use the genie at all if it weren't for the bypass login feature which at this point cannot be accessed.
