DNS Redirects
Adding this feature would allow for users to utilize things like Google/YouTube and Bing forced safe search. And, I imagine, that more knowledgeable users could think of even better use cases.

And more knowledgeable users could also use it for nefarious purposes. Such as redirecting traffic on an open hotspot wherever they want it to go.
For a number of reasons OpenDNS, security, technical, business, and possibly legal, OpenDNS will not "redirect" one domain name to another. They rely either upon the published DNS records for a domain, or the filtering settings you select which "redirects" only to domain names that they own and control.
Being a security company they are not going to provide options that could easily be used to exploit unsuspecting users.

OpenDNS is a recursive DNS service. It seems you're looking for an authoritative DNS service in form of an internal DNS server. No problem, there are many free distros available for nearly every platform. Feel free to use these at any time!
