I do not see a relationship between your screen shot and "opendns is register to someone else". Do you?

Yes. Did you follow the instructions in the articles I linked to? They all state that you must raise a support ticket with OpenDNS, including the MAC address of your router. It was not needed to post here at all. Nothing will happen with your thread.
