OpenDNS bypass issue

I created an OpenDNS bypass for my daughter in hopes I could use it to limit her internet usage. Come to find out it doesn't work for phone apps so I deleted it. Now she still can't access the internet through the browser even though I make the proper changes in the Netgear Live Parent Controls and on the Netgear Genie. How can I reverse all this as it really turned out to be nothing but a huge headache.

  I did all that for my daughter. When I went in to reset it it still wouldn't allow her back into the web browser. So I just turned off everything and started from scratch...it solved it for now.
