    It may be that your old device needs to be unlinked.


    If this does not help, open a support ticket with OpenDNS, so that staff can check your account.  (This is the option you don't see.)

    Should I open a case with Netgear to unlink the old device from opendns or with opendns?

    I opened a case with netgear. Please let me know otherwise.

    Well, I said: "open a support ticket with OpenDNS".  And this is what I meant.  Your OpenDNS (LPC) account is OpenDNS', not Netgear's.  Netgear may not have access to it.
