parental control

The only reason why I bought the netgear wireless router is to have the parental control feature.

I installed GENIE and read all (I mean all) posts here about the GENIE parental control.

But it is not still working. I can log in to the router (R6400) and I can log in to openDNS. But I cannot make the parental control work.

 

Can anyone please response here except "raise a token at openDNS"?

  Ok, no problem.  Come to me with your router, and I make it work.  Your account and your router must be investigated.  I can do this only if I see the router, including your credentials.  OpenDNS could do it when you opened a support ticket, but refrain from doing this please, because this is not what you want to do.

  Same problem, same solution. Open a support ticket. Just like every thread in this forum says.
