HI.i have installed netgear genie Version 2.4.38 in my windows 10 pc. i am using netgear genie from last 1 year.it was working fine and i was able to login with my bypass account.but now it is stuck.previously i am not able to log out from my bypass account so i have delete my baypass account from openDNS.and made a new by pass account.now i am not able to login with my new bypass account. however name of my bypass account is appearing in the list of bypass accounts . but not able to login.there is no password issue.it just took me back to status screen without log in.i have already tried uninstallation and reinstallation of netgear genie app.still issue is persisting. please solve my issue.thank you..
