Add a Data Center in South America

Hello,

I note that exist OpenDNS data center in various countrys, but in countrys of south america not. I am from Brazil and suggest a data center in South America. I not understand motive of OpenDNS ignore your users of South America.

  they can't setup data center in every place, there are some sop's to make new data centers in regard with location,resources etc.
