I can’t block counter strike go using parental controls in the middle of the night. Can I instead slow the connection down to make the game unplayable in the middle of the night?

  You had to ask your router supplier (Netgear?) if the router has a QoS feature where you can slow down connections generally or specifically.  This is out of scope for Live Parental Controls.
