Cannot Sign In from Netgear Genie

    Please disregard, I have opened a support ticket with OpenDNS

    I opened up a ticket.  Ended out resetting router.  Worked for a bit and then the issue started again.  On the mobile app, the parental controls tab doesn't open and on the windows app, I can't login our logout of the bypass account.  Can Netgear fix this?

    Well, rdelgado20 opened a ticket with OpenDNS, and OpenDNS may have resolved it or may have referred him to Netgear support who resolved it, else the OP would have returned.
