Cannot Sign In from Netgear Genie
When I attempt to enable parental controls on my Netgear router, I attempt to login to opendns with my opendns account and I get an error message that states, "This device appears to be registered with another OpenDNS user ... I was using the Genie application for my MAC.
I know my opendns credentials are correct as I can use them to login to Open dns directly and to https://netgear.opendns.com,

Well, rdelgado20 opened a ticket with OpenDNS, and OpenDNS may have resolved it or may have referred him to Netgear support who resolved it, else the OP would have returned.
