I don't want you taking over my DNS entry on the router. To remove it, it tries to contact your website. Oh the irony, the DNS won't resolve. Its like a vicious cycle of crap. In order to remove OpenDNS Parental Controls when your "service" is flakey, I have to contact the flakey service.
Anyone else see a problem with this "support" model?
Please tell me how to remove you completely from the product you inserted yourself into.
