    The OpenDNS resolver addresses are 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220, and more, not the ones you're listing.

    You can use a 3rd party DNS service for circumvention only in case your governmental blocks are based on DNS, not if they are based on DPI or so.

    To see what can be done, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here when you have OpenDNS configured:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    nslookup sarawakreport.org.
