    This is the DNS service you are using:

    Server:  google-public-dns-a.google.com
    Address:  2001:4860:4860::8888

    This is clearly not OpenDNS!  As you have IPv6 connectivity, you must also configure DNSv6 server addresses in the IPv6 properties of your router (maybe under Advanced) or of your computer.  Use from the list of the following addresses: 
    ::ffff:d043:dede   ::ffff:d043:dcdc   ::ffff:d043:dedc   ::ffff:d043:dcde

    As you want to take it effect on your IPTV, you have to configure the addresses on the router or on the IPTV device.
