Restricted access times for a specific device?

Hi, I'm attempting to setup WIFI access restrictions on my home network. Does anyone know how to setup time restrictions for a specific device (i.e. single user) without restricting access for all other devices on the network?

  Thanks but it appears my router (AC1450) doesn't have the "Access Control" option under ADVANCED>Security

  Too bad.  If your router doesn't support it, then you are out of luck.  Only a router or similar device can do this, never a cloud service like OpenDNS which has no control over your internet connection or connected devices.

  I am looking for the same thing. I bought the R9000 thinking it was the best router on the market and have now realized it is going back to the store because it cannot do parental controls based on a single device and specific times. This is something Linksys has done for many years. Too bad Netgear cant duplicate the same parental controls.
