I did configured the openDNS in my router and tested successfully the service using "click here to test your settings."

    Still adult content is available

It's your role to block domains which host adult content.  It's not blocked by default.  What did you do to block it?  If unwanted domains can still be accessed, then you likely didn't block them yet.

If you cannot progress, can you provide exact example URLs where this is happening?

Same boat here. I thought the family plan was preconfigured. If not where do I go to configure it? Your website gives not real indication where to get that done.

"Preconfigured", where?  You need to configure.  Try with the OpenDNS FamilyShield addresses 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.

"Your website gives not real indication where to get that done."

That's correct.  Why should I provide instructions at my website which are already available at OpenDNS?  LOL.
    For example here: https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/#parental-controls
