Login issue

Hi All,

 

After upgrading the firmware of my router, I am unable to manage the Parental Control. I am unable to login to Parental Control After that, any one has any idea, what exactly needs to be done.

  Can you still login at your dashboard at https://netgear.opendns.com/ ?

  You may want to raise a support ticket, "Submit a request" above.  Staff may need to check and clean up your account.

  I am able to login to https://netgear.opendns.com/  over internet explorer, however not able to login via netgear ginie. To whom to approach to clean my account.
