[OpenDNS] [Netgear AC1200] LPC

Hi,

I've one router registered AC1200 configured to oepndns IP 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

On a tablet, i install netgear genie apps.

I try to install/configure LPC fromm the form : Parental Control

I want use my opendns. But when i click on connect i write my username (email) and password. Damned ! It doesn't work. Message : failed action. Retry.

I check my login and password on: netgear and opendns.

I 've a opendns home account, netgear account.

Can you help me ?

  These are your instructions: https://kb.netgear.com/25687/
  No mention about configuring OpenDNS server addresses.  Why did you do it nevertheless?

  If you're having troubles to set this up, open a support ticket with OpenDNS.  Staff must check your account.  We other users cannot do this.

  First, tks for your help.

  I follow the tuto link you posted: https://kb.netgear.com/25687/

  So i prefer post some snapshot:

  1: You can see i've not the link "clik here" (in the red box)

  

  2: when i click on "Controle Parental", i'm redirected on this link : http://www.netgear.com/lpc and not the same interface [step 5] of https://kb.netgear.com/25687/

   

  The router is updated.

  Another idea: in fact the problem is the interface, the link to lpc redirect to a popup : http://www.netgear.com/lpc

  It doen't look like that the AC1200 supports LPC.  You may still be able to use OpenDNS Home.
