Install netgear genie in another computer and getting "this device registered another user"

This is wired. My parent control is still working. I try to install netgear genie on another PC, and when I go to parent control icon. It asked me to go through the parent control settings from beginning and when I try to type the user name and password this router registered with opendns, it gives me this message.

  I think that I have a totally different problem. For some reason, my newly installed netgear genie app on PC could not bring up configured parent control screen. Instead, it wants me to start from beginning again, and of course my device has already been used.

  This problem may not really be different (else you would have created your own thread, right?).  Regardless, the procedure is the same, so follow the instructions from the links I posted above.  Nobody but staff can help you.

  ...and the community cannot help you.  Responses to tickets take at least 72 hours on business days.  So be patient.
