Added Skype but still doesn't work

I have a netgear router and use Opendns (a free version).  I wanted to add skype as an exception.  I opened my dashboard at https://dashboard.opendns.com/.  I went into my account and went to settings/network/web content filtering.  I am set up to filter categories.  I then went and listed Https://www.skype.com, (and tried skype.com too) and chose never block.  It told me that it was added and that I should wait 3 min.  I did, still doesn't work.  What could I have done wrong?
