Parent Control filters all PC's except one

I've been using OpenDNS for years with no problem.  Recently, One PC is not being filtered.  I've tried most of all of what I've read in this forum.  I'm sure I'm doing something in the wrong order or something, but its stumping me.  I've even deleted my OpenDNS account and started from scratch and followed the LPC instructions with the newOpenDNS account and the same PC is still not being filtered.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  Copy & paste the complete plain text outputs of the following diagnostic commands to here from the PC where it does not work:

  nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
  nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
  netsh interface ipv4 show config
