Forcing safe search
So all other vendors are doing this on THEIR DNS services, I want it on ours
as per the below
http://blog.rawstream.com/enforce-google-safe-search-dns-guest-devices-at-the-network-level/
WHY wont open dns add this, its a simple dns change or give us the rules to make our ow dns adjustments?
we could then set up bing etc. to redirect to google safe search, or google images to google text search

Did you think you are the first raising this idea? You are not! You better voted up the same idea in other threads.

This was apparently not enough?"WHY wont open dns add this"
OpenDNS are DNS purists. The SafeSearch measures belong to the authoritative DNS, but OpenDNS/Cisco provide a recursive DNS service. The underlying considerations are also of security concerns. Redirecting to something which is not under their control is dangerous. This would be in conflict with their view of a service making the internet a more secure and safe place.

Btw, I voted the idea up, but I'm missing your vote...
Without several hundreds of votes, there is no chance to convince OpenDNS.
