Tried everything, I can't get the OpenDNS to work.
It's a basic setup. I tested it using their https://welcome.opendns.com/ and it says ok (see picture). Why then none of the devices are blocked? Thank you in advance.
SYS10032:~ jchung$ nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

The problem is that you didn't register your IP address 162.195.242.55 at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/, so that OpenDNS has no way to associate your DNS queries with your OpenDNS account and settings. You're using the default settings therefore.
Visit your dashboard to add/update your network with the correct IP address, and run an Updater going further which keeps your IP address information updated automatically at OpenDNS.

Do not use picture upload sites, their domains may be blocked by OpenDNS. You can post screen shots right here, like this:
As clearly can be seen, your IP address 107.77.213.202 is not registered with one of your networks, as I have said.
Why do you have more than one network at your dashboard? Delete all but one unless you really serve more than one location, and click the green arrows icon to update the network. Do not add new networks every time your IP address changes!
Instead run an Updater going further to keep your dashboard network automatically updated with your IP address information.
