I can not login to DNS on my Netgear genie app to use parental controls.

  What is the exact error message?  (Search the forum with this error message to find the solution.)

  Can you login at https://netgear.opendns.com/ ?

  This login failed. Try again.
  Yes I can login at the link you sent but it states that I do not have a device registered which is not the case.

  It seems that something is wrong with your account or device registration, therefore open a support ticket, so that it can be checked and fixed by staff.
