The option for schedule is not in parental controls.

I have been successful by logging into my manage netgear wifi account.

Go to home, then advanced (tab toward top), then advanced setup, then wireless setting, then turn off by schedule.(you'll do it twice -  for the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz).

I know this works because my kids hate it.  I use parental controls to ban certain content as well.  I also shut off access to social media after a certain time each night (doesn't shut down internet totally just that specific content).

I hope this is helpful for those who can't find it.

It is in Live Parental Controls, but apparently not what you're looking for.

This is a pure Netgear router function to control the WLAN access, totally unrelated to Live Parental Controls powered by OpenDNS what this forum section is about.  But you are right, people may may use it as a form of parental control.  It is certainly a useful function, but may not be implemented on all their router models.  It is well documented at the Netgear site where it belongs to.

However, this is in no way "Turning off internet access", but just turning off WLAN access.  Access via ethernet cable is still easily possible.  You may be able to turn off internet access in the WAN settings though.

Yes, this is the part which is Live Parental Controls powered by OpenDNS about, also well documented at the Netgear site.
