Live Parental Controls Not Working on Windows 10 PC wired to router

Nighthawk X6 R8000

Netgear Live Parental Controls filtering is set to high. Filtering works on iPhones and iPad and PC's that are connected via wireless. Filtering does not work on Windows 10 PC connected to router by ethernet cable.

There is no network set in OpenDNS Dashboard. I cleared the cache and disabled IPv6 in the Router Settings.

I ran nslookup from PC that is not being filtered.
