Can't login from netgear genie

I have an account. But when i want to login it shows "The action failed, try again"

  It is far not clear where you want to login, to your router or to "Live Parental Controls" or to what else.  Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?  If it is your router, then you're wrong here, and you want to go to Netgear support.  If it is LPC, can you still login at your dashboard at https://netgear.opendns.com/ ?

  He said post a screenshot. Not provide a link to some random file sharing site that people here aren't familiar with. I'm not going to follow that link because I have no idea what is actually there. It's a matter of security and protecting myself.

  Use the insert button in the edit window to paste in whatever your screen shot shows.

  More than likely you will either need to open a trouble ticket with OpenDNS or contact Netgear support.

  As mattwilson9090 said, you'll have to raise a support ticket with OpenDNS or even better with Netgear.  Genie is Netgear's, not OpenDNS'.

  I have a different router (Netgear Nighthawk R8500),  but I found that I had to enable WiFi and connect to the WiFi on my PC before the Netgear genie application can connect to the PLC configuration data.

   

  Try that.
