Deleted Time Blocks still somehow re-activating

Would anyone know how or why filtering levels are being activated at sporadic times?  We were using netgear’s parenting controls.  At one points we had time blocks set, (which never really worked), now content is being filtered at random times. Resetting the routers only temporarily fixes it.  There are no time blocks and settings are set to nothing blocked but sites are still be filtered or blocked.

  Best would be to open a support ticket, "Submit a request" above, so that staff can check and clean up your account and settings.
